Grades: 3rd - 5th

Meaning: They are new blood, eager, energetic, and learning the ways of the TRIBE.

The primary emphasis is on long term athletic development (LTAD). We pride ourselves in purposeful, age/developmentally appropriate training. The environment is fun, foundational, curious, and movement rich. A methodical blend of skills, drills, games, and introduction to fundamental movement patterns.

Classes emphasize

  • Quickness

  • Body control, balance, coordination

  • Diverse locomotive movement patters

  • Neurological development

  • Core strength

  • Fun

Grades: 6th - 8th

Meaning: They are in the trenches now. building strength, confidence, and starting to learn to compete.

This isn’t just about training. We care about our tribe: we instill the mindset, work ethic, and love for investing in a process that hav very little/no instant gratification. It’s about learning to overcome struggles. It’s about us helping develop better humans that will go on to be the leaders of our world.

Our training builds a strong foundation that can built off of for the rest of their athletic careers.

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Core strength

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Fundamental movement technique and strength

Grades: 9th - 12th

Meaning: They are the leaders and the standard-bearers. Sharpened through training, tested through performance

No two athletes are the same. Therefore, their programming should not be the same. All high school athletes undergo an evidence based assessment workout as well as an orthopedic assessment by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy. These assessments help guide and shape each athlete’s unique program.

Classes include an emphasis on:

  • Speed

  • Power

  • Agility

  • Functional Strength

  • Mobility

  • Stability

All athletes will be continually educated on health, nutrition, mindset, and recovery strategies will throughout their time in our TRIBE!
